FS: bad 256meg pc-100(16chip) ram

Well looks like the ram chip is bad.I tryed two laptops,a T21 and the 390X.
The system will boot to the bios and show the full 256 megs.But about 1 or 2 min's in XP it locks up.
I tryed to run the bootable memtest cd on it but wont boot up with it.
I just dont want to toss it out so i figger i would see if any one here might want a shot at it or try to find the maker and see if there is warrenty on it.A lot of ram makers now have life time warrenty.
There is lots of #'s on the chip so here is everything on it....

The chips on the ram has Kingmax on them.

Anyone want to try and get it working or try and send it in for replacement?
How about $7.00 and i'll put it in a bubble mailer and send it out to ya.

This ram chip has been sold and ce be locked.
