If I hadn't already upgraded to 2GHz I would be all over that Pentium M.
New:

Just make sure you have the long fan AND use AS5 with this.

My 2.1GHz at full load would hit 92C at times.

Are you kidding?

Do you have any idea how many e-bay auctions I lost out on trying to get the one I have now? About 7.

Seriously though. I don't see any performance gain beyond maybe 3%, meaning no compelling reason so sell then buy again.
