Looking for a "core" motherboard for a t41-39T5430

Does anyone have a 39T5430 motherboard for a T41 laptop ? I need a "core" board.. non functional is fine.. looking for one asap..
You can look in the area where the memory installs on the bottom of the board for the fru# .. need fru 39T5430
