pulled from a used IBM Thinkpad T42P, one is by elpida and another is by promos, both genuine IBM parts and would work on Thinkpad T40/T40P/T41/T41P/T42/T42P and probably other laptops that use DDR laptop ram
asking $65 shipped for both sticks.
