SD Adapter, CardBus compatible

This adapter incorporates a spring-loaded mechanism, so it effectively turns one of your PC Card slots into a nice SD card complatible slot, just like the built-in ones.

Note: This card is compatible with 98Me, 2000, XP; but NOT Vista. The driver is a setup.exe file that detects the operating system; therefore, does not recognize Vista. I cannot verify the adapter works because I only have a Vista setup. I can say that the machine recognized the card when it was plugged in - just could not install the driver.

I had a hard time locating this card, but I cannot use it because of the Vista issue. Instead, I use a Delkin 5-in1 CardBus adapter, which does not use the spring-loaded mechanism but otherwise works under Vista.
