The deal with the location is that it allows other members to see where you are and thus can determine if shipping to them is economically feasible.

Also, I locked your previous thread on a similar battery. I'm assuming for now that you only have ONE battery that you are selling and that you have lowered your original asking price. As in the other FS thread you have going (docking station), please "bump" your original thread instead of starting a new one. Keep the bumps to once every 3 days.

Location is important because you are asking the buyer to pay the shipping costs. Without knowing where you are located no one can estimate how much the shipping could be and cannot in their right mind offer to buy your battery.
