I have a couple of eBay auctions going on for original OEM factory pressed Microsoft Windows Vista Business T60/T60p R&R sets of 3 DVDs each:

If someone from the forum would like to buy any of them instead of bidding, we can talk and I can end the listing early.

Visa Business OEM
My Thinkpad came with XP pro installed and I was to get Visa, but it never arrived.
Will the set you are selling install in my T-60
(IBM) T60 2623-D7U
Please advise on price and location of the item on EBay. I'll pay with PayPal if thats ok.

Re: Visa Business OEM
You mean your machine was entitled to the free Vista upgrade from Lenovo but it never happened? Perhaps someone else on the forum can advise you about that. Did you try contacting them and asking about the status?Truthfinder wrote:My Thinkpad came with XP pro installed and I was to get Visa, but it never arrived.

The issue is not whether Vista will install on your T60 or any other machine for that matter but the issue is more of licensing. Without a valid license and an online/phone activation you will get locked out of the OS in a few days. I hope it makes sense.

T60 & Vista
Thanks for getting back with me.
I looked into the issue and found that I purchased my ThinkPad a month before the free update would have been valid........
Oh well, I will have to keep an eye out for a copy that someone has for sale.......
If you know of a fair price for Vista Business, please drop me a line.
Kindest Regards, Steve
