WTB **** 512mb of RAM for T21 ****** and a T22 fan

Just as the title says , I got my T21 running right and I got 256 mb of ram (128 x 2) and would like to upgrade to 512 mb (256 x 2) I am running the 1 Ghz processor so I am also intrested in a T22 fan

Is the t22 fan the same as the t21 fan if so i have one!
T40 ~ P-1.5 GHz ~ 512MB ~ 40 GB~ Win XP
Fujitsu LT P-600 - 30gb -256mb win 2000
Past~ X30 ~ T23 ~ T21 ~x20

It's a different part. The T22 fan can handle higher temps.
