original motherboard replaced with a slower one 650 MHZ Celeron
LCD replaced
CD-ROM upgraded to DVD-CD-RW
hard drive upgraded to 40GB
operating system changed from Win2000 to XP Home
LinkSys wi-fi card B
new CMOS battery

no original disks (never had any)
no AC adapter
battery life is almost non-existent

was thinking $125 + shipping

a couple of things I've remembered:

there's a little chip on the hard drive carrier.
there's at least one missing screw holding in the LCD. the place I sent it to, seems like it was called LCDS4LESS in Texas, sent the unit back minus the screw.
