WTT? I need a ThinkPad

This is my first post, and I have to say I adore this place. So, lets get to business eh?

I am looking to get a ThinkPad because I really no longer have the time I once had to do the whole desktop thing. What I am looking for is a trade and or sell of my desktop so that I can get a ThinkPad. Currently my desktop has the following specifications,

- AMD Athlon 64 2.41 GHZ
- A total of 2047 mb of ram (Two 1 gig sticks, room for one more stick)
- Two HDD's
- Maxtor 100 gig SATA 150 (Under warranty till 2010)
- Hitachi 320 gig SATA 3.0 (Under warranty till 2010)
- XFX nVidia 7900GS 256MB PCI Express x16 EXTREME
- Dual Layer DVD+/-RW Drive
- I have two cases, a black case that has a window on the side which has a few dents and scratches on it, or a white case that I can swap all of the components into if you request it.
- Comes with a Logitech G15
- A microsoft wireless mouse
- Sceptre 20.1" widescreen lcd flat panel monitor
- Windows Vista Business (This is a copy from college that our IT gives us, so I can include a DVD, but no CD key.)

I have two of the Sceptre 20.1" widescreen LCD's, so if you want one do not hesitate to ask about just one of the LCD's.

I really don't know how much this PC is worth, I built it and really didn't plan on selling or giving it up. As my plans have changed I realize that I need a laptop and I need to be more mobile. I was into gaming, but not so much anymore.

I am looking for a up to date ThinkPad that can run Vista hopefully. So maybe a T40 or T60 ish? Hard Drive space really does not matter at this point, RAM though is a factor. So possibly a thinkpad that is using one slot so I can add more.

Socket 754.

What resolution are the Sceptre LCDs?

Max Resolution is 1680x1050. Also monitors (both) have extended warranties as well. Till 2010 like the HDD's.
