$600 for an Advanced Dock seems VERY high. They are much cheaper pretty much everywhere else.
You can report fraud on e-bay by going to ebay.com, clicking at the top of the page on the "My eBay" link, logging into your account, and clicking on the "Duspute Console."
If you paid with PayPal, you may have additional fraud coverage.

But meanwhile my account has been suspended because og a non paid invoice of $ 10 (wich I paid Twice immediately. But impossible to re open my account . And to start a dispute..
Is there a téléphone number for the fraud ebay departement ?
I have sent 10 email to ebay explaining my probleme, no answer at all

If your ebay account also got closed for not payin your fee then there might be an issue with whatever account you are using to pay the bills with. Was it the same account?
I have had a problem on a few occasions with by CC not allowing payment to valid purchases made online.
Something fishy here

Not sure what. Suspended account for non-paying bidder?
Transferred money money by western union or bank transfer not PayPal?
I don't understand the entire situation.
And if it was sent from the US to France, it's gonna take a while to get there.,

eBay does have a phone number, it's just very hard to get it. For a short while it has been published on the site. I'll try to dig it out, if I still have it, and if the number still works. I've used it a couple of years ago when my account initially got hacked.

Scary! What happened? Dont mean to rudely hijack thread but... I'm concerned about my paypal a/c because it has a 5-figure balance. I dont xfer the funds to my local bank because they charge a hefty conversion percentage and fee to move US$ paypal balance to a C$ bank account in canada.
Dealing with a serious ebay or paypal problem sounds daunting because there is no PERSON to TALK to.

Ebay and PayPal BOTH have phone numbers, but if you paid with PayPal, they want you to call PayPal and not Ebay. The number is available on the PayPal site.
