EDIT - is this the same system as the other one you have posted?

No they're different.

This one is 14.1" with 6-cell.

The other one is 15" with IPS FlexView and 9-cell.

Both are registered in Canada and have a 3 year manufacturer warranty.
No tax or duty within Canada, but shipments to other countries will likely incur local customs & duty charges.
