WTB: Z61T WXGA+ with Bluetooth

Looking to buy a used, mint condition Thinkpad Z61T. Only requirement is that it must have the WXGA+ 1440x900 screen and Bluetooth. Core 2 Duo, DVD Multi-Burner, WWAN, and other features would be nice, but not absolutely necessary. Based on recent ebay prices, would like to spend around $700-$1000 depending on specs.
