WTB: BAREBONE T4x/R5x

I've discovered that I've got way too many parts laying around, so I'm looking for a barebone T4x (T42 strongly preferred) or R5x to make some sense out of all of that stuff. The screen has to be at least decent (no dead pixels, but can have minor imperfections), the rest I really don't care about. 64Mb video would be a huge plus, but I'm not looking to part with too much money, so that's probably just wishful thinking on my part...
