Need A22M parts - exchange for a P4 2GHZ CPU or 256MB DDR

I have an IBM A22M that i'm restoring. However, my dad just wrecked the LCD on his laptop, which left me with a 2GHZ p4 chip and 256MB DDR ram. Anyone in the bay arrea have some parts they'd trade for this? I'm in need of PC100 SO-DIMM RAM, Hard Drive Caddy, Ultrabay 2000 CD / DVD Readers, and maybe even a dock.
