WTB: R31 cpu

Friend of mine asked me if i knew for a cpu for a R31 thinkpad.
He said it has a celeron 1.13 i think in it now.
The cpu he said is fried and looking for something else to put back in.

What cpu's will fit in the R31's?
I never had my hands on one befor .

Celeron is 900Mhz

P3 also fits, 1.13 or 1.06
