Up for sale is a 9-cell Li-ion battery pulled from one of my R50p's. It's a genuine IBM battery made by Sony that's not affected by the recalls. It has the following specs:

design capacity: 71.28 Wh
full charge capacity: 60.79 Wh (i.e. 85.3% of design capacity)
battery health color: green (i.e. best)
cycle count: 169
first used date: Feb 2004
