Hi All,

I want a buy a used thinkpad T4x or T6x.

Currently I am in Tokyo.

I need one with a english kybd & english OS.

Please let me know if anyone is selling.

Also how much will be the shipping cost if I order from a US ?

You might also consider buying one locally and then just swapping in a US English keyboard and an English OS -- both of which are easily done. This could be more convenient, less expensive, and/or provide you better warranty coverage (warning: all claims unverified!).

Keyboard replacement - OK.

Can I just get English OS recovery disc's and install directly on Japanese Thinkpad? Whether it will work straight out of box?
