WTB - Txx or even an Xxx (<---LOL) for $400

Ok don't mind my lil silly stupid thing in the topic, I just meant i would like a T series or X Series laptop of any flavor in that price range just as long as it has decent specs: Decent specs being:
At least 1Ghz P3 or P4M 1.8 or a PM 1.3 or something there
40GB HD 5400RPM
Has or can take 512MB of RAM
Windows XP any edition
Wifi card built in or PCMCIA card
1+ plus battery life.
