Moderator edit: Shortened URL to prevent scrolling (I'm using XGA tonight :) )

Additional moderator edit: Just because there's some interest (??) in this, I've reduced the size of the images; ~500KB was WAY too much for this thread.

I'm going to show these pics to Mrs. Yak so she can no longer say I'm the only one that has a "room from hell"! At least none of MY cords are tangled!

Yes, please. Without proof your claims are baseless.

Interestingly, that is around $18.00 each, plus all the adaptors and parts. If you had the time and inclination, you could probably double your money just selling the stuff on Ebay. But it takes a lot of time, maybe for a retired person who has the time to devote to it. Labor costs would be too high to make money paying someone to do it, which is why they sell the stuff off like this.

I don't know how I missed this part of the auction before:

Items are sold: Tested Dead, AS-IS
Are they saying that they are all DEAD?!?!?! Then this obviously is no deal....

Yes, it was in the original auction description as well. Along with a claim that "previous customers report that 2-4% are usually unsalvagable." How much additional material each system needs to be revived is another question. At the current price, they're now under $14 apiece. Such a deal!
