Those amongst you who follow my posts know that I must sell at least one A31P a week, or I get withdrawal symptoms, and have to be severely sedated, with morphine-drip and Syd Barrett coming from my old Yamaha floor standing monitors...(12" bass thank you very much)...
Although I've already sold one A31P this week privately, I have to bring this machine to the attention of my fellow forum members: not only that it's, by far, the prettiest A31P I've had in a long time, it's also loaded to a very high standard...
Consider this:
- Pentium 4M processor @ 2.0Ghz
- 2Gb PC2700 RAM
- 80Gb Hard disk drive (Travelstar 4200rpm)
- CD-RW/DVD combo drive in UltraBay I
- 3.5" Floppy Disk Drive in UltraBay II
- 15" IPS FlexView Screen, UXGA resolution (1600x1200) - FLAWLESS
- 64Mb ATi FireGl 7800 video chip
- Integrated 802.11b wireless/modem (MPCI)
- Bluetooth (CDC)
- Ethernet (CDC)
- IBM Secure Chip
- S-video IN and OUT
- IEEE 1394 (Fire Wire port)
- Good battery
- Original IBM ThinkPad leather laptop case
COA is for W2K, I'm currently running Linux Freespire on it (and loving it). Model number, for reference purposes, is 2653-R6U. No IBM warranty left on it
Overall condition of this machine would be a 9.89 out of 10 if it were not for a crack in the LCD bezel (this is the second one with the same flaw within the last month). Almost no signs of use, let alone abuse, if you disregard the fact that the pentium sticker is missing from the palmrest. And I'm being very serious when I say that this is the extent of wear. You have to look pretty hard to find any wear on the keyboard, and whatever little there is can probably be cleaned.
Priced right and firm at $550 plus reasonable shipping depending on where you are. Should you choose NOT to use PayPal, and reside in lower 48 states or Canada, shipping will be FREE.
I ship internationally and accept most payment methods.
