FS: Addonics USB 2.0 Powered Pocket DVD/CDRW II
I have one of these that I might have used once or twice: http://www.addonics.com/products/extern ... ket_ii.asp
It's used but like all my stuff it's in great condition, though I don't know if I have the burning software and even if I do it's likely an old copy anyway. Price is $79 delivered to a mainland US address. I figured $50 off the delivered price at the Addonics website ($115 + $14 shipping = $129) would be fair, but as always feel free to E-MAIL me with a legit example of the same item and/or an offer you think is fair and you never know! I do my best to try to be fair and I can't check prices everywhere.
Cash PayPal, Postal Money Order, or even a personal check if I've dealt with you before and you can wait for the check to clear!

E-MAILS are appreciated instead of PM's

And that is why I add, "...as always feel free to E-MAIL me with a legit example of the same item and/or an offer you think is fair...", so please do that as I have no idea what "lower the price" means to YOU.
Thanks, and I await your E-MAIL tonight. Just click the button below!

Still waiting for a new home..... or an offer. I'd keep it, but since I can only use one at a time and I have..... well let's just say I have more than one external optical device!

Do you have the specific model number of the item? it's something like:
AEPDVRWII824
Will it run in read-only mode off of a single USB cable, or does it always require the USB + power cable? I'm assuming it has one of those special power-only USB cables as well as a data cable and wall wart, correct?

The drive has NO model number written on it anywhere. It is like the model in the link I provided that is the DVD/CD-RW (reads DVD's and writes to CD-R's & CD-RW's)ZPrime wrote:Do you have the specific model number of the item? it's something like:

The manufacturer says it runs off the USB port for most laptops. I have no idea. I used it maybe three times, and each time used the provided a/c adapter as I was interested in speed and not convenience at those times. It DOES have a special cable with a proprietary connector on one end and USB on the other.
I'm sorry neither answer likely met your expectations.
E-mail me if you need more info.
