This is wonderful.
I was planning on purchasing one of these.
A note: it seems that the two options (processor and OS) they recommend are the only ones you have to hit. I tweaked the RAM up to 1 GB, the battery to 6-cell, and the drive to CD-RW/DVD-ROM with no problems. Costs $60 bucks more but a stick of 512 RAM put me out $80 last time I went, so...

I wish it had more than WXGA+ too, but I still find this deal very tempting. I have been looking for a ~$300 SXGA+ T4* for about a week (and found nothing), but am now seriously considering getting this instead. I need to check whether my American Express card has expired or not though.

The offer is dead! [censored] it. Well, I think I will focus on getting a 14.1" Dell with UXGA.

Yep, the deal is dead and according to some on fatwallet the orders will probably be canceled due to a pricing error-this according to what they are hearing from some Lenovo reps.
