Does anybody use a screen protector on their Thinkpad?
I'm thinking of getting one from ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... :IT&ih=006
not only to protect my current screen's state, but to help hide/mask the existing marks on the surface.
Any thoughts on this?

Hi,
I use a nu shield screen protector and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I would be wary of the one in the link you posted as it has a silicon adhesive, which is the same type they use for glass cellphone screen...it works, but I dont know if it can stick to the non-glassy laptop screen. And if it does stick, like the ProtecT brand, I dont recommend it at all because it may leave a residue (which is why I dont use ProtecT). Try nu shield...its a glossy finish, not matte like the thinkpad, but requires no glue and works perfectly.
