Up for grabs, a REALLY nice (9.5 out of 10) R50P (1832-22U) with an amazing and seriously breathtaking 15" FlexView UXGA screen...
ThinkPad R50p 1832-22U
Original description: P M 1.7GHz, 512MB RAM, 60GB 7200rpm HDD, 15 UXGA(1600x1200) TFT LCD, 128MB ATI FireGL T2, CD-RW/DVD-R Multi-Burner, IBM 802.11a/b/g wireless(MPCI), Bluetooth/Modem(CDC), 1Gb Ethernet(LOM), UltraNav, Secure Chip, 9 cell Li-Ion battery, WinXP Pro
The good:
This one comes with RAM upgraded to 1.5Gb, extra 6-cell battery (when you don't feel like dragging that 9-cell) and original IBM ThinkPad case.
The not-so-good:
The original multiburner that has come with this unit is malfunctioning (it is recognized, but doesn't really do much of anything apart from spinning erratically), so I've swapped it with a regular CD-RW/DVD combo drive. Both drives shall be included in this sale, just in case that you know how to fix the original one...
No IBM/Lenovo warranty is left on this unit.
Asking $635 firm plus reasonable shipping depending on your location. As most of you know, I ship worldwide and accept most payment methods.
Please, no tire-kicking and/or lowballing on this one. The machine is pristine and I'll be more than happy to keep it if no one wants to part with his/hers bag of shells...
