Any interest in a CHEAP T23? ($125 shipped)

I have a T23 that I repaired the inductors on, but found that it doesn't charge the battery. However, it will run off of a battery, without a problem.

If anyone is interested, it is a model 2647. The system board says 2647-4MU, but the case says 2647-XX8. The case has a Win2K Professional COA, which is the same for either model.

Can come with:
2 x 128mb ram
3Com modem/network Mini-PCI card (P/N: 22P6441)
CD-ROM drive
Copy of the W2K Recovery Disks

Items not included:
Battery - since it doesn't charge
AC Adapter
CDC card

Issues (Full Disclosure):
-Doesn't charge batteries.
-Broken keyboard bezel, on the right side, next to the mic.
-There is also a crack/missing plastic on the back spine above the PS/2 port, but it doesn't interfere with the machines working capability.
-Someone tried to use white out on 5 of the keys to make them readable
-There are number of white spots on the LCD, but the screen is VERY bright.
EDIT: -Like myself, it is missing a few non-essential screws inside.

$125 shipped CONUS?

If you are really interested, for $5 more, I can include a 6.4GB hard drive with W2K Pro (using the Recovery Disks) so that the system can be operable once you receive it...assuming that you have an AC adapter.

EDIT: I will try to take some more pics tonight, as the shots I took before didn't turn out well, and I have to head back to work now...

Do you mean it will only run off of the AC power supply, since it doesn't include a battery?

The way I understood it, it will also run off a battery you charge in another laptop or using an external charger.

That would be correct....it will run off of a battery, in addition to the AC adapter...it just won't charge the battery.

Have you checked L7, just south of the SuperSavage video chip?

Hmmm, I will have to check that when I get home. Unfortunately, I am connected via a free wireless connection in a hospital right now, as I had to take my wife in last night due to bleeding and contractions, while only at 28 weeks pregnant...should be home by Wednesday...

I hope so...we have our fingers crossed. We just took a tour of the NICU, just in case, and saw a baby in there that is about the same estimated weight of ours (~2.8lbs), so it was a positive thing to see, because to be honest, I imagined a not-fully formed mutant child at this point, but they set me at ease on that.
