I have an extra 5400rpm SATA hard drive after upgrading to the Seagate Momentus 100Gb 7200rpm SATA drive. I want to buy an Ultrabay HDD adapter for SATA harddrive models but cannot find a place to buy it. I have done some research and found that there is an IBM Ultrabay 2000. I don't know whether this model supports my T60 or whether it supports SATA HDD or not. If somebody can enlighten me on that or point me to a website that sells the Ultrabay I'm looking for, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
PS: It's also okay if someone has the Ultrabay I'm looking for and willing to sell it to me too

First of all, welcome to the forum!

The part you need is number 40Y8725 here: http://tinyurl.com/3c6hs4

Lots of people are looking for a good deal on these. I've found many good prices, but bought alone the shipping makes the sale about the same as what one could buy directly from Lenovo ($49 US delivered).

Good Luck.

Thank you very much! Yes, I think that the model I'm looking for is the one you gave me (40Y8725) It seems that I should buy it straight from the source. Do you, by any chance, know how long it takes for Lenovo to deliver the item from the time ordered? Thank you once again.

Well, according to the website I pointed you to it claims to ship within 1 to 2 business days. They usually ship UPS 2 or 3 Day, at least they have on all the items I've purchased from them in the past. If you order today your almost certainly have it by the end of the week, IF the item is in stock.
