looking to upgrade to a 900mhz cpu..100mhz fsb.
anybody spare one reasonable ?

Might be useful to say precisely what you're looking for (INTEL designation or at least the Thinkpad model you want to upgrade), as there are several package types for this CPU and not all are interchangeable.

i bought mine for 25$ shipped, but i got the last one, you can get them around that price still Ebay search SL53T for PIII mobile speedstep works on T20 T21 T22. 1Mhz FBS and 256Kb Cache
