LF: T42 Rescue Recovery CD only

Hello.
I'm looking for the bootable Rescue & Recovery CD for my T42.
I already have the seven Product Recovery CDs (24R7684), I'm just missing the bootable CD to begin the restore process.
I'd appreciate it if someone could help me find one.
