2x IBM Laptops - Both don't boot, neither include memory, hard drives, hard drive caddys or power packs. Just 'bare' laptops.

I dont remember which but one turns on and the fans just run where the other one turns on and off by itself.

Laptop 1

IBM R31 Type 2656 Laptop. Exact specs unknown. Celeron sticker. Comes with '1-2 CPU Windows XP Professional' COA. CD Rom included.

Laptop 2

IBM R30 Type 2656 Laptop. Exact specs unknown. Pentium 3 sticker. Comes with '1-2 CPU Windows 2000 Professional' COA. CD Rom included
