4200 rpm.Date is Jan-03.
It came with a small Dell laptop i just picked up,but i have a 60/5400 ready to go in it's place.

256 meg ddr-2100 (200pin)-----$10.00 + shipping
128 meg pc-100 (144pin)-----sold

Celeron -M cpu , SL6n7----------$10.00 + shipping
1300Mhz/512
It's a fast cpu for a celeron.

I'm to buy pc-133 ram for this Dell system.But befor i buy a pc-133 ram chip i thought i would see if anyone wanted to trade all this for one.

Mostly looking for a 512 mb sodimm pc133.
