New AC Adpater (was replaced this year per IBM recall)
Recent battery (lasts 1+ hour)
Updated TrackPoint (no cat's tongue!)

I will do a clean format of the hard drive and reinstall XP, or can just leave it blank and you can install your own OS. Only issue with this machine at all is that the DVD-ROM I installed is from a Dell, so the eject button on the casing doesn't line up with the recepticle on the drive...therefore you have to eject the tray from the OS.
