WTB: Small stick of PC2100 RAM and cheap or broken DVD drive

I need a 128 or 256 MB stick of PC2100 RAM for my A31 (just need to get XP and some other software installed) and I need a not working or cheap DVD drive for the same A31. Need pictures of the DVD drive, though, I'm looking for a specific type.

More detail on the drive: I'm not looking for the drive rails that the drive goes in, but an actual dead drive, that I can get the black plastic parts from, and swap them onto another drive I have. There apear to be two different styles though, which is why I wanted pictures. The difference appears to be whether the eject button is in the middle of the drive door (like the 24X CD-ROM), or off to the right (like the DVD/CD-RW I had).
