All Sold: SEALED IBM Intel 2915 ABG WiFi Adapters - $29 del.

#1 Post by underclocker » Fri Sep 07, 2007 4:52 pm

All Sold: Brand new and sealed IBM Intel 2915 ABG wireless mini-PCI adapters. I have a few of these available.

*Pics removed*

These definitely work in T4x machines and will produce the Centrino splash screen on boot.

They do not work in X40's - that is for sure.

They should work in several other models.

P/N: 73P4405

$29 delivered in the U.S. PayPal, cash or USPS money order accepted.

Maybe a noob question, but this is an upgrade from the factory t40 wireless adapter, is that a correct assumption? If so, do you still have them in stock :?:
T40 - 1.3GHz, 1.50 GB ram......pretty much stock minus the ram upgrade.

If I understand your question, the answer is yes - you can upgrade a T40 that had no adapter or the Cisco B or the Intel B or the IBM A/B. You could also upgrade B/G adapters, but that wouldn't make much sense unless you really needed A - plus B/G's didn't start shipping until the T41 (I think).

And yes, still available, PM me with you're preferred payment method (PayPal or money order) if you'd like one.
