WANTED: 512 chip for X22

I am looking for a 512 meg memory chip for my X22..It is PC133 and I need it to be one single chip. as there is only one ram slot. if you have a chip for sale that you know will work....let me know what you are asking for it.

Double check that it is PC-133. I seem to recall the X22 was PC100, but I could be wrong.

Perhaps you are thinking about the T22, which uses PC100. The X22 can indeed use a 512MB module of PC133.

The chip that is in there right now is a 128 meg PC133.

You are correct, the X20 and X21 are PC100
