WTB DVD CDRW for T40 FOUND just delete me

mine flat out wont read CDs DVDs or anything...
i've been trying to boot the NO-1802 CD for like a week and never knew what was wrong until i tried to read it in windows... THATS why it wont boot from CDs

i was hoping for $30-$35
that seems to be the going price on eBay... but i kinda hate ebay and would rather buy from someone on here
