-AC Adapter
-Screw covers

How many screw covers do you need? I have a few that are just sitting glued to an old hdd. Can probably glue them right to the envelope and send as is.

AC adapters are pretty cheap on ebay. i just picked up a couple of these for ~$16.00 each shipped.
