I have a 1GB stick of Netlist brand of memory (for laptops). It is the same part number as the original RAM from IBM that came installed in a T42/P. It was pulled from a working machine. Excellent condition.

Here are the part numbers and information as pulled directly from the label on the memory:

* PC2700-25331
* 1GB, DDR-333MHz-CL2.5
* NL81264D64072-D27J

https://www.netlistonline.com/store/home.php?cat=20

DDR1 1GB SODIMM X64 PC2700
-2533 2R 64X8 CSP 1.25"H
Systems qualified in:
IBM Thinkpad T series
IBM Thinkpad X series
IBM Thinkpad R series
Apple IBOOK G4
Apple PowerBook G4

I am looking for 2x256MB PC100 for a T21. The RAM must be compatible with (and guaranteed to work in) a T21. I read that some PC133 is also compatible, so I will consider an offer for that as well.

Interesting trade proposition........I do have one 256PC100 chip and a few 256PC133.........If someone can tell me how to notice the difference as far as the amount of chips per side, maybe we can complete this trade...........

Ron, my understanding is that 600's and T2X's run best with low density RAM, that is 8 chips per side. Also, I'd prefer matching sticks, .e.g 2xPC100 or 2X PC133. Brad has the sticks that I am looking for. I appreciate the quick response and the offer, but I think I'll go with Brad's RAM.
