Feeling out selling NEC VT-37 Projector

I have a slighty used projector that I got for a home theater project and that feel thru after realizing I don't have the space for it. I have the projector with about 5-6 hours of use. It also has the power cable, monitor cable, and a remote. The projector is in mint condition as well as the other components. I'm not really sure what one would go for. Leave me an offer or thoughts.
