FS: Two Motherboards, Fixable? A31 and A31p

For Sale: Two bare motherboards:
The first is from an A31 2652-M6U, with 32MB video RAM, FRU 26P8398. It has a damaged area where someone (I swear it wasn't me!) tried to put too long of a screw in, right next to the CPU fan connector. When the computer is powered on, it gives a 'fan error' message, and immediately turns off. Might be fixable by someone good with electronics? It's similar to the damage seen and described here, but not nearly as bad:

Second is an A31p motherboard, FRU 26P8430. It looks like it may have that same damaged spot, but it's only a half-circle. But that's not the worst of it. The blue VGA connector looks like it's been torn off the board. And it's missing the security chip, which I'm pretty sure the board needs to run, unless you can hack the BIOS and change that or something.
Maybe an electronics genius on here can fix and use them, or scavenge parts from them?
$25 shipped to the lower 48
