LF: T20, T21 or T22

Im looking for either one of those laptops in fair condition for under $125. I have some spare batteies and optical drives, so they dont need to be included. Im trying to get a thinkpad for my boss because he wanted to buy my T22. He does not know much about computers because he thought my T22 was he new thing out these days. Either way, he wanted something pretty simular. So if anyone has one they dont use, please let me know. min specs are >700mhz, 128mb ram, 20gb hdd. Thanks
