WTB: T61 1 GB Turbo memory (Part Number 42T0907)

Like the title says, I'm looking to buy a 1GB Turbo Memory module for the T61, part number 42T0907 or equivalent.

I looked at ebay but there's currently no "intel turbo memory" items for sale.

If anyone has one for sale or knows where to buy at a decent price (thinkpad parts lists it at $152) please let me know.
