Looking for MAC OS 7.1 on 3.5 Floppies

It's a shot in the dark.......
I recently obtained an old MAC Color Clasic and need to reload the OS.
I need system 7.1 on 3.5 floppies.
The Apple site does not have it and the System 7.5 on the Apple site is a CD image and not a floppy disk install.
Anyone know where to get the System 7.1? I'm willing to buy the MAC floppies or trade ThinkPad Recovey CDs.
Thanks,
Chris

apple may still have some floppies, they'll even sell them to you... for about 80 bucks.
one thing to try is the 7.5 network access boot floppy, which would allow you to build and run the 7.5.3 installer image.
start here:

(all files on that page are linked to freely available official apple archives)

Thanks for link but this is just the updates to the OS and not the OS itself.
It seems like system 7.1 is the OS that no one posts anywhere. Someone posted it on the Usenet back in 2000 but that is the closest I've come to getting it.

I used to collect all sorts of old Mac stuff, and I actually have System 7.1 on floppy. The QuickTime installer disk has gone south, but I will try to make images of the other floppies and get them on my FTP server. I'll let you know when I get them uploaded.

I have a set of original 7.1 disks (7.0.1 and 7.5.3 were made free, 7.1 never was) that I could sell you. They are in the cardboard folder. Make an offer.
