ALL SOLD: Brand new and sealed IBM Intel 2915 ABG wireless mini-PCI adapters. I have a few of these available.

These definitely work in T4x and R5x machines and will produce the Centrino splash screen on boot.

They do not work in X40's - that is for sure.

They should work in several other models.

I don't have an R40 at this time, so I do not know for sure.

Just wanted to say that the 2915ABG works great on T23s. Just installed mine and used IBMs T40 drivers. Underclocker is a GREAT seller also

I just received one of these. Very speedy delivery - underclocker is a great seller.

I haven't installed it yet. By the way, should I buy new screws as stated in the manual, or don't I need to worry about that?

I'll second that. He's a darn good troubleshooter too -- knows his Thinkpads.
