I just picked up this T30 from Clist here locally and was wondering how common it is for a T30 to not have a touchpad. Wonder of wonders, this machine does NOT have the memory slot problem. Also curious what you might think it's worth.
Product: ThinkPad T30 2367-4U3 [change]
Operating system: All [change]

Original description: Based on 2367-88U: P4-M 2.0GHz, 256MB RAM, 40.0GB HDD, 14.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD, 24x10x24x/8x CD-RW/DVD, Cisco 802.11b wireless(MCPI), Modem(CDC), Ethernet(LOM), Li-Ion battery, WinXP Home
Thanks, Tom

It's fairly common. I've only had one T30 so far and it didn't have one. Come to think of it, I've never seen a T30 with a touchpad at all. Only T4x series and above.

Tom,

These are not that unusual. All T30s I've had, but one, were equipped with a TouchPad, and people generally prefer those...

Depending on condition, that machine should be worth between $275-300 in my opinion.

All the best.
