600 Restore/Recovery CD Needed for Win98

Anyone know where I can get a restore CD for a 600 running Win98 ?
I need to reinstall the OS and it would be a lot easier and faster if I
had a restore disc with everything on it. I'm lazy and would rather
not have to troubleshoot and downlaod a bunch of different
drivers to get the laptop back to normal.
I'll gladly buy one or whatever. The tech at Lenovo suggested I find
someone with one and get a copy as IBM no longer has the disc.
