WTB: Thinkpad T4x with 14" SXGA and 5400rpm+ HDD

EDIT: NEVERMIND. Bought a T42 from another forum member today. Thanks everyone!
Looking for a new (to me) laptop. Interested in the T4x series with a 14" screen, SXGA resolution, prefer 5400rpm or better HDD and preferably 512MB+ memory. Thanks!
