WTB: PC100 256mb SO-DIMM Laptop Memory "Got It"

1 stick of laptop memory 256MB (144 pins) PC100 such as Samsung part number M464S3323BN0-L1L or Kingston KDT-INSP7500/256 or any other PC100MHz, with 16 chips.

I have one piece but it has 8 chips and my Thinkpad 240 wants 16 chips, so if that what it wants so be it. :)

I also have a piece of 128 memory if someone needs it, as soon as I get the other it and the 8 chip will be available. Just pay the shipping cost.
