I have a T60P machine I purchased from IBM brand new, roughly 5 months ago. I am going to replace it with a new Dell mobile workstation that will run my CAD software better. Can anyone tell me what this machine is worth?

T60P
Has 2 gig ram, 100 gig 7200rpm hard drive, 3 year, on site warranty with accidental care. Machine is like brand new, NOTHING at all wrong with it.
Model # is 2007-86U.

Thanks.

Here's a T60P for $1100. I'd value it closely to yours, except that one is a 15" widescreen.

Yep, that's my T60p that Harry referred to. Unfortunately, T60 values have dropped like a rock, and you know who is to blame? Lenovo is. The recent sales they have had over the last few months since the release of the T61 has greatly devalued the T60 models.

Now the sale prices do benefit the buyer of a T61-which would be me as that is what I did. But in turn, the T60p I paid $2300 for 8 months ago can now only bring $1100-which is pathetic.

It's a shame, but that's the way it is right now. The accidental protection you have should increase the value slightly. Best of luck with your sale.
