WTB: T4x, T6x, other; with tall 15" hi-res Flexview

I am a serious immediate buyer for a machine as follows:

- T4x or T6x or Z6x

- MUST have 15" Flexview screen 1400x1050 or higher, with actual viewable height significantly greater than the 8.4" of the usual 14" 1024x768 LCD's. Perfect screen, NO dead/stuck pixels etc..

- MUST be totally solid no-intermittents machine

- Don't care about CPU-speed; so long as its new enough to have the larger on-chip cache (1.7ghz and up I think)

- Not picky about aesthetics like labels or scuffs

- 2gb RAM

- 160gb or larger 5400rpm HD

- DVD-WRITER that writes dual-layer; as well as -R and +R

- Built-in IBM Wifi; prefer Atheros

- Built-in IBM 56K modem and 10/100 Ethernet

- Prefer a known-good low-cycles 9-cell battery

- Prefer some remaining IBM warranty; on-site is nice

Other options are fine, but not hard requirements
